OUSBI may display Google AdSense advertising on selected informational guides when advertising is enabled. Privacy settings show the current state. Google Analytics measures basic page views on ousbi.com through Google’s consent management interface. Experiences remain disabled. Advertising does not determine our factual guidance, source labels or editorial conclusions. OUSBI is an independent private informational service, not a government agency or a bank.

Search privacy

Search runs in your browser using the site’s guide index. Text you type stays in memory and is not sent as a search request, included in the URL/query/hash, saved in localStorage or sessionStorage, or sent to analytics or advertising services. Leaving the search page clears the search field and results.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

When advertising is off, OUSBI does not load advertising tags or set optional consent cookies. After activation, Google and participating advertising technology providers may process device and network information and use cookies or other local storage to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Where required, Google’s published consent management interface requests consent for storage and personalization. Depending on choices and region, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited or unavailable; non-personalized ads may still require storage consent. Privacy settings on advertising-supported guides reopen Google’s privacy choices and allow consent withdrawal. In supported US states, Google’s Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information entrypoint provides applicable opt-out choices and communicates them through supported privacy signals. Providers and purposes are disclosed in the Google consent interface. Search text is not supplied to advertising or consent providers. Google’s information practices are described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Analytics measures basic page views to help us understand use of our guides. Google may process device and network information and use analytics cookies according to the consent state communicated by Google’s published interface. OUSBI does not enable site-search tracking, form tracking, Google Signals or collection of user-provided data. Search text, URL query strings and fragments are not supplied to Analytics. Event and user data retention is set to 14 months. Privacy settings let visitors reopen Google’s choices and withdraw consent where applicable. Google’s information practices are described in the links above.

Experiences and financial information

Experiences, ratings, submission forms, document uploads, D1 Experience storage and Turnstile Experience flows are off. OUSBI does not collect financial or identity data through an Experience service in this release.

Hosting and application logs

The application Worker does not log request bodies, query strings, cookies, authorization headers, raw IP addresses or user search text. It removes query strings before fetching static assets. Worker observability is disabled in the release configuration. The hosting provider may process network/request metadata to deliver and protect the site; this notice does not promise that a browser or hosting provider keeps no records.

Fonts, images and external links

Fonts and visual assets are served from the OUSBI site. Visiting a linked institution or regulator opens that provider’s service, which has its own privacy practices. OUSBI uses a no-referrer policy while advertising and analytics are off. Advertising-supported or analytics-enabled pages use strict-origin-when-cross-origin so Google’s regional privacy messages can identify the site; cross-origin navigation sends the site origin, not the page path or search text.

Privacy contact

For privacy questions, email info@ousbi.com. Do not send account numbers, SSN/ITIN, passwords, bank statements or identity documents. This inbox handles questions about OUSBI; contact your institution for help with a banking transaction.

Changes to this notice

Before enabling collection, analytics or advertising, OUSBI must verify the deployed behavior and update this notice. Future Experience retention, withdrawal and provider recovery rules will be published only if that service becomes available.
